Thank you for your interest in our KCAR Affiliate Program. You are eligible for a KCAR Affiliate Membership if you conduct business in a field related to real estate, do not hold an active real estate license, and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association. Affiliate dues are annual and based on the level of benefits you choose.

 

As a non-profit trade association, we are dedicated to serving licensed Real Estate Professionals in Kent County. With a membership of over 500 professionals, our organization is deeply involved in the daily business activities that connect you with your customers.

 

In today's highly competitive market, it is crucial to utilize every available resource to maximize profits. If you haven't already considered targeting our members with your products and services, imagine the tremendous exposure your offerings could receive among our buying public.

 

We have a dedicated Affiliate membership category and an Affiliate Committee that actively works to provide valuable services and programs to our members. By becoming an affiliate member, you not only support the association's services for our REALTOR® members but also gain access to numerous networking opportunities. We include our affiliate members in all association-sponsored events, ensuring that you have ample chances to connect with our members and grow your business.
