KCAR Members will enjoy reciprocity throughout all of Delaware with automatic reciprocity access upon Membership:

The Kent County Association of REALTORS® uses the SentriLock lockbox system to provide its members with a convenient and secure way to access properties in the county.

 

The KCAR SentriLock application can be found below and must have all required signatures (Agent, Broker and a staff member of their Primary Association) to be considered.  Please allow 3-5 business days for completion,.

 

If you would like to join SentriLock through KCAR, you must either be a Primary or a Secondary member of KCAR, or another option, is to become a KCAR Lockbox Only Member
